Samantha Eddy

Samantha (she/her) is a member of the Navajo Nation. Her work is at the intersection of architecture, community, and intergenerational knowledge. She has worked with Nááts'íilid Initiative, a Community Development Collaborative building sweat equity homes and other infrastructural developments in various regions in the Navajo Nation.
She received her B.S. in Architectural Studies from the University of Utah, and is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture from MIT.
Projects
Walking With Dinétah is a community art and trail walking initiative dedicated to co-creating strategies for cultural resilience and healing through spatialized oral histories, memory work, mapmaking, and participatory art—in other words, through Hózhó náhásdlíí’, or “walking in beauty.”
